Bradford Era — To entice more vendors to attend this year’s Swedish Festival in Mount Jewett, the festival committee announced on Monday they are looking at ramping up security for the event.

Committee chairperson Beth Carpenter said the committee is looking to expand the vendor security with an overnight shift. Carpenter is hoping the move will improve the vendor turnout for the festival. She said the festival is still looking for vendors.
