Bradford Era — Just six weeks after the asset purchase agreement to sell Mount Jewett’s borough water facilities was signed at the October borough council meeting, there is now an offer on the table to purchase Mount Jewett’s sewer treatment facilities.
At the Mount Jewett Sewer Authority meeting on Tuesday evening, sewer authority chairman Patrick McGuire opened the envelopes from the two companies who inquired about the sewer system, Hershey-based Pennsylvania American Water and Bryn Mawr-based Aqua America Inc.
